The owner of the property was behind on his mortgage and facing a foreclosure after unfortunate life circumstances due to his parents being sick.
After not being able to figure out a solution to the property we were able to help them explore different options to get out of the home and save their credit from a foreclosure. Ultimately by exploring the different options we were able to get them a solution where they were able to come up with the resources to keep their home!
